Why?
burnout syndrome is STILL A TABOO. There is a lack of awareness.
Burnout is often misunderstood — and from both sides. On one hand, people tend to downplay or dismiss it, seeing it as something unimportant. On the other hand, some may label different, sometimes more serious issues as “burnout,” using it as a catch-all term. This only adds to the confusion and stigma.
1. WE SHARE stories
Stories speak for themselves. They inspire and help people relate.
We talk openly about burnout with those who have experienced it in the past—or still do to some extent—and aren’t afraid to share their stories. At the same time, we interview those who have managed to succeed without damaging their mental health.
2. We educate
In cooperation with experts, we gather diverse information about burnout syndrome and related topics.
We then share this knowledge in a fun and simple way.
