Our team

We come from diverse professional backgrounds and together we form a well-rounded team. What unites us? A shared goal: not to burn out.
Why?
From my own experience, I know that burnout can completely paralyze you. I was an athlete from a young age and a workaholic on top of that. I didn’t pay attention to my mental health, ignored all the red flags — and that was the turning point. That’s why we’re now creating a space that helps others avoid burnout or offers a way out when things go wrong.

Why?
We live in a hustle culture. Overwork, grind, and constant busyness are seen as the marks of “success.” So we push ourselves to the limit, working as hard as we can without thinking about the damage it’s doing. I’ve been there myself – and I believe there’s a different way to find both professional and mental fulfillment.

Why?
Mental health is just as important as physical health, but unfortunately, not everyone sees it that way. I believe that technology can help bring people closer to burnout prevention while also offering support to those who need it. We want mental health to stop being taboo — and to be openly talked about, not just in schools, but in workplaces and across society.

Why?
Mental health — so often talked about, yet still so often neglected. We chase the perfect career, top grades, and others’ approval, only to rush straight into burnout. But the worst part? We forget the most important thing — ourselves, our needs, and our happiness.

Why?
Every emotional strain in my life has taken a toll on my physical health. It made me realize that my energy is limited—even when I’m doing what I love. Through this project, I want to show that burnout is not a weakness, but a natural response of the body to prolonged overexertion. Simply acknowledging the problem is the first step to starting to shine again.

I have personal experience with burnout syndrome. I've been on the verge of burnout myself several times because I tend to take on too much. And I'm far from the only one. So why talk about burnout? Because it’s a serious issue that deserves our attention.

Every success meant I had to be even better and more efficient. I ignored all the warning signs my body gave me. I went through burnout syndrome and experienced the most difficult time of my life. I don’t want anyone else to go through the same. Even if we help just one person with our work, it will be a great achievement and a reason for me to smile.

Why?
I've always had excessive demands on myself that I couldn't live up to, and my negative attitude towards myself caused me a lot of problems. I know how important it is to take care of your mental health—and how hard it can be to ask for help. Nevyhasni is support at your fingertips. That's why it matters.

Why?
Nevyhasni is close to my heart because I experienced burnout myself a few years ago — and it took me a long time to get back on track. Looking back, I can see how many chances I had to prevent it. But I didn’t take them, simply because I wasn’t willing to prioritize my mental health over school.

Why?
Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been the smart one. The good one. The overachiever. And also — the sensitive one. The “ideal” recipe for the burnout that eventually hit me. More than once, I felt like a failure when I stopped trying, when I started to feel worse — mentally and physically. My joy disappeared. I was “too sensitive.” I kept asking myself whether I should just grit my teeth and push through (again), or finally give myself permission to rest. I know many others feel the same way and often don’t get the understanding or support they need — whether it’s information, empathy, or therapy. That’s why I decided to support Nevyhasni — first as an ambassador, and now as part of the editorial team. Acknowledging the problem and speaking up is not weakness. Quite the opposite. By sharing our stories, we can help one another — and remind ourselves what truly matters. What we burn for.

Why?
Time management and healthy productivity have always been some of the biggest challenges in my life. Sometimes I want more time than I have — other times, I can’t seem to make time even when I need to. That’s why I joined Nevyhasni — to learn how to structure my own life better and help others do the same.

What drew me to Nevyhasni was the way it communicates about burnout across generations — how it helps people overcome it through meaningful activities and breaks down taboos and myths that make burnout seem like something rare or shameful.

Why am I part of Nevyhasni? Because I'm a perfectionist, a workaholic, and someone who needs regular reminders to keep my inner spark alive. This whole project keeps me grounded — and reminds me that burning out at 17 wouldn’t exactly be a life goal. Plus, thanks to Nevyhasni, I’ve met amazing people I’m always happy to drive from Olomouc to Prague to see!

I’ve been an entrepreneur since high school, and juggling many roles has brought me dangerously close to burnout more than once. Over the years, I’ve seen more and more people around me cross that line completely. That’s why I’m truly grateful for projects like Nevyhasni that finally bring real attention to burnout and the importance of taking care of our mental health.
