Martin Machel

Martin Máčel is a psychology student, data analyst, and passionate researcher. He was part of the prestigious European project H-work, which examines the effect of psychological interventions on mental health in the workplace. He is currently involved in the SYRI project at the Czech Academy of Sciences and, together with Kristýna Cetkovská, is a member of an international team collaborating with the Center for Salutogenesis at the University of Zurich.

Martin’s main interests are occupational health psychology and how individuals can increase their resilience to stress. His primary goal is to place greater emphasis on prevention in mental health care.

At Nevyhasni, Martin is responsible for corporate projects, particularly focusing on mapping employee burnout.
