Coach

The phrase "personal development" is a bit of a cliché for me. Many people use it and set it as a goal without knowing why or how to achieve it. I kind of believe in a different goal. I believe that a person can strive for their work to be fulfilling.

I am a psychologist, coach, and lecturer. In my work, I focus on topics that affect our daily functioning at work: mental health, engagement, motivation, and managing change at work. I enjoy connecting two worlds: the world of psychology and research at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, and the world of everyday practice for people at work. As a certified coach, I strive to be an attentive thinking partner. Sometimes it's necessary to listen more and slow down, while other times it's about providing the courage to move forward. What I enjoy most about coaching are the moments when a person starts to put things into new contexts and leaves with greater confidence and a desire to try something different in their life or work.

Meetings are possible online or in Prague by arrangement.
