Jaroslav Sýkora

I am a consulting and occupational psychologist; an accredited coach; a consultant and lecturer. I work with individual clients, as a consultant for organizations, I lecture in Practical Psychology and I work as a researcher at MUNI in the IRTIS team. Typical topics in my practice include motivation, satisfaction, burnout or exhaustion, healthy technology use, as well as a range of development topics, or strategic setting of HR processes in companies. In my work, I strive for an evidence-based approach, in which I utilize current scientific knowledge and critical thinking. I enjoy setting psychological myths straight.
