The simplest solution to the problem is reduction of its occurrence. That's why we focus on Prevention. Through our programmes we bring young people closer to the phenomenon of burnout and its causes.

Above all, we share best practices, tips and proceduresfor avoiding burnout syndrome.

We describe to young people how to set up their work-life balance from an early age and thus smoothly transition from the academic world to the working world, with the basic concepts already in mind.
